cannot retrieve files from unicode named folders

Description
if the folder name is unicode
the function GetFileAttributes fails in the retr command
causing the return message file not found
prependinga
?\ to the pathname would call the unicode
variant of GetFileAttributes, it works then correctly
but the
?\ is NOT compatible with windows 95/98/me
