Description
After some minutes, the server blocked file transfer.
There were two simultaneous downloads (global limited
to 8kb/s) and one upload. After this I tried to stop
the service, but i could not do this. The service was
not accessible.

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).
