Description
Certain directories on remote server appear to be locked (see attached log). Opened a ticket at the remote server and they forwarded it to FTP Voyager (the FTP server that they use). FTP Voyager people insisted that I purchase their client. Their client has no problem accessing the "locked" directories. By the way, the same directories are "locked" when using the FTP Commander client.

Have you tried disabling PASV transfers?
Do you have problems sending files to other FTP servers outside of your network?
If this problem happens with FTP Commander AND FileZilla Client, would it not be a server side issue?
Their FTP server is "Serv-U" and Serv-U's own documentation says the #1 cause of timeout issues is network configuration problems at the server's gateway.

They also provide a link to a 30-day trial copy of Voyager. If that fails, it proves it's their network config. If that works, can you post a trace of the working connection here?
