Filenames of files swapped when using multiple connections

Description
When I download files with multiple connections (4
threads), the content of file X is being saved under
filename Y en visa versa. I'm not certain of the exact
conditions when this take place, but I guess it has
something to do when two threads finish simultaniously.

This rare problem can only happen if there are any
firewalls/routes fiddling around with the connection. It's
not a problem with FileZilla.
