Keyboard shortcut lost on Windows after update

Description
Updates are frequent with FileZilla. It seems that each update deletes and then recreates the FileZilla shortcut on the desktop. The consequence is that any customization of the shortcut, especially the keyboard shortcut (in my case Ctr+Alt+F) gets lost.
