Uploading Files altering path names

Description

When I try to upload a folder via FTP, it seems to be messing up, rather than uploading to: wordpress\wp-admin\css\theme-editor.css, for example, it uploads to: wordpress\wp-admin\csstheme-editor.css

any ideas?

I have the latest version of Filezilla
