favicon not showing on webpage

Description
I have a 16*16 .ico image in the root directory but it IE doesn't see it, could it be a problem with the server? Thanks

Try browsing to www.example.com/favicon.ico manually, which should update IE's vigorous cache. This definitely doesn't sound like a problem with FileZilla if you can see the file on the server after a disconnect and a reconnect.
