Issue with Site Specific Bookmarks in 3.3.2

Description
Running the Windows version of FileZilla (3.3.2 official release), the Site Specific Bookmarks only show after opening the Site Manager dialogue:
- Start FileZilla.
- Open the 'Bookmarks' menu.
- Only Shows 'Add' and 'Manage'
- Open Site Manager.
- Close the Site Manager dialogue with 'Cancel'.
- Open the 'Bookmarks' menu.
- Site specific bookmarks are now listed

My understanding is that the "Manage Bookmarks..." manages the bookmarks for only one single site manager entry at a time.
If you want to manage multiple sites at the same time you use the "Site Manager..." directly.
Maybe this can be closed or moved to a feature request?
