drag and drop bug

Description

while dragging files to move them to another folder, if the target folder is above on the list (for instance "..") the panel listing the does not scroll to the top even if you drag near the top (or bottom) of the panel

On a side note: Love your work and been with you for years and will be a whole lot more. Keep up the excellent work

I just tried with FileZilla 3.7.1.1 and it works for me on Windows Server 2003.
