Description
It takes 1 - 15 mins. to start FileZilla after clicking on the icon.
It is installed on 5 computers, and it the same on all of them.
It is not all the times it takes long time to start. But most of the times it is.
All the computers is:
WinXp + SP3
Kaspersky Antivirus/Firewall. (Have try to disable it)
I have try many differen version of the FileZille but it is the same on all of them.

There's something wrong with your system. Check for disconnected network drives or other inaccessible drives. They can easily cause long delays. This is a problem with Windows, affecting all programs equally.
If the problem persists please try a fresh, fully patched Windows installation from a clean non-recovery installation medium.
