Most likely some firewall is interrupting the connection.

Please try uninstalling all firewalls, does that make any difference?

There's definitely some third-party program that's interrupting the connection.

Personally I'd uninstall all other programs or perform a fresh, fully patched Windows installation from a clean non-recovery installation medium.
