Description
I am using slow radio network and there I have need for setting UL/DL speed limit in bytes. Current minimun setting 1 kbyte/sec is way too high.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
This won't ever be implemented.
In order to support speedlimits of less than 1kb/s many changes would need to be done in the speed limiting code. Without, such small limits would result in excessive rounding errors, divisions by zero and fairness issues.
The number of users who would possibly benefit from such slow speed limits must be in double digits at most.
In short, simply not worth the effort, my time is a scarce resource.
