filesize changes after transfer and is corrupt

Description
Filezilla client v3.2.6.1
OS Windows Vista ultimate sp1
intel core 2 quad processor
similar to existing ticket# 4659 but with filezilla clent instead of server.
During file transfer with 85k adobe pdf file, prompted twice to overwrite existing file with same name. Upon closer inspection after transfer, file appears to be "cut" at 65k size and balance of file appears to be overwritten, but transfer terminates due to timeout.
Went to verify on second computer:
filezilla v3.2.6.1
OS windows XP sp 3
intel core 2 duo
same file transferred without a problem without second prompt to overwrite existing file. Transfer is successful.
Error is repeatable with Windows vista ultimate computer and successful transfer is repeatable with windows xp computer. Appears to be specific to window vista ultimate for this case.
