Timer Creation failed message on new version load

Description
When i select the new version or take the option when i open filezilla i get a dialogue box with "Timer creation failed" message and so cant load latest version

Already fixed in 3.2.5
Note that the error does not interrupt the download progress, it just prevents the progress bar from appearing. Simply click it away and wait, the download should eventually complete.
