FTPS TLS initializing crashes

Description
When connected through FTPS, filezilla shuts down directly after displaying the last log line "initializing TLS". Did not recive any "not responding" dialog or anything. Tried restarting the computer and reinstall filezilla with no luck. Ordinary FTP works with no problems.
My version is 3.2.4.1

Please download and extract http://josefsson.org/gnutls4win/gnutls-2.6.4.zip
Open the command prompt and navigate to the bin subdirectory. Execute the following command:
gnutls-cli hevox.net -p 990 --insecure
Does it crash? In any case, please attach the complete output here.
