Option to keep server (or clientt) date and time

Description
This is an option that existed in older version but does not exist anymore in newer versions of FileZilla (up from 3.2.0).
FileZilla should keep or preserve server date/time on downloaded files and keep client date/time on uploaded files.
All other download and ftp managers have this feature:
