auto scroll for site manager quick list

Description
It would be helpful if the up and down arrows on the site manager quick list could auto scroll when the mouse is over them rather than the current click to scroll down or up to the next item.

This isn't supported by the used GUI toolkit.
Simply sort your sites in subcategories, no more scrolling needed.
