Description
Upon logging into the Wildcat service the directory listing shows size=0;type=dir;perm=elc;create=20050131092633;modify=20050131092633;(client directory name)- but not the proper contents of the directory.

That is a malformed reply. It contains no filename and violates the specifications by using a non-standard fact (cti) without the X. prefix.
You need to upgrade to a proper server.
