Fill 'File Permissions' dialog with current file permissions

Description
The 'File Permissions' dialog currently displays with all boxes checked and with 'xxx' in the 'Numeric value' field.
It would be useful if the check boxes and the 'Numeric value' field reflected the values of the file being updated.

I tried FileZilla 3.7.0.1 on Windows. Works for me.
If you select multiple items and they differ, an "x" will be shown at this particular place. This is by intention.
