Open Crystal theme unchangeable

Description
Dear Sirs,
It's OK that a different default theme (Open Crystal) has been set in version 3.2.3.
However, it's not OK at all that although I change it back to Classic, when I close and re-open FileZilla, it starts with OpenCrystal again, regardless of the fact that Classic has been set by me before.
