Problem login to windows by using of filezilla server

Description
Hi
i gone through the settings of filezilla server and configured what you have given in the configuration settings, problem is i can able to login to filezilla server where i have hosted the site and pages loading successfull when i try to access the site error is coming the error is :
Transfer channel can't be opened. Reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Error: Download failed.
Please resolve the problem ASAP
