Create empty text file on the server

Description
Be able to right-click in the interface sections displaying server folders/files and be able to create a blank text file (or via some other quick-ish means).
Reason:
As a developer I frequently find it annoying when I'm creating many new files for various things and I have to create/keep a blank file around on my computer and drag it onto the server every time I need one.
