Clear Indication When Data Is or Is Not Encrypted

Description

As I understand it most FTPS connections do no encrypt the data channel. It would be helpful if the client displayed a partially locked icon when only the command channel is encrypted and the data channel is not.

Ideally, the encryption details would also specify whether or not the command and data channels are encrypted in all cases.

A per-site preference as to whether an encrypted data channel is required would also be helpful.

With FileZilla, data connections are always encrypted if using FTPS unless the server rejects PROT P.
