cannot connect to server

Description

The operating system was reset from XP home to XP Pro by the adaware program update - don't ask how - I have no idea, and neither does anyone else. BUT it reset all my accounts.

Filezilla was working wonderfully, but now I cannot connect.

The log is as follows

Response: 503 Failure of data connection.
Server sent invalid reply.

Some router and/or firewall is sabotaging the connection. Read http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Network_Configuration
