Version 3.2.0
Windows XP 64-bit w/SP2
Each time on startup I get the "Operating system problem detected" message. This is very annoying. It should only appear the first time I run the program from a new install. After that it should not appear anymore.
At least add a check box to "Do not show this again."

I don't get it. According to KB931130, this is a server side problem. Why do I need to close the firewall or Application Layer Gateway Service on the client side?
If this service is disabled, the Active Mode of FTP will no longer function properly.

Just fix the problem and do that the message box asks you to do. Otherwise you'll get transfer problems.
