win32 crash with speed limit enabled

Description

downloading of ~300-500Mb (6 files) at speed limit = 25k caused to crash.

repeated twice (once in older version).

Both crashes come into being with speed limit enabled. If disabled worked for weeks without any problem :)

Which version of FileZilla are you using?

  1. Didn't know. For a long time (about year) not used FZ.
  2. Sorry, that does not have a correct version number. But it was the latest at the time :)
