filezilla 3.16 dns not working

Description
After updating filezilla 3.15 tot version 3.16 dns resolving does nog work anymore.
I retried with version 3.15 portable and everything works great. So it definitly is a problem in version 3.16

Nothing has changed in the networking code. Check your firewall configuration, it is blocking FileZilla.
