Description
After updating to 3.1.6 I can no longer drag&drop files from Windows enviroment in order to store them on my server. It has worked well before switching to the newest version.

Describe exactly the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Please start with a fresh Windows installation if possible.
When I try to upload a file by moving its icon (e.g. from my desktop) to the right side of Filezilla client (where all my server contents appear) I get a mouse cursor which indicates that I cannot place it there 
. It didn't behave like that before updating. Making a fresh installation also didn't help.

I mean a fresh Filezilla installation didn't help (I have no possibility of making a fresh installation of the whole OS just to check if that soles the problem).
