Description
I have my task bar attached to the top of my screen. When FileZilla opened the first time, the top of the FileZilla window was obstructed by the task bar (see the screenshot). In order to move the window, I have to unlock the task bar and then shrink it to uncover the menu bar of FileZilla.

You don't have to mess with the taskbar.
Right click on the Filezilla taskbar button, click once on Move, press one of the directional keys (left, right, up, down) and then you can move the window wherever you want with the mouse.
This works with any window, not only Filezilla's.
Of course, this is still a bug in Filezilla or the widget thing Filezilla uses when it's compiled on Windows, because it assumes desktop starts at 0,0... but that's not always the case.
