hide Quick Connect Bar state

Description
When I hide the Quick Connect Bar, it shows up again
whenever I go into Settings and hit OK (even if it is
already unchecked in Interface settings).

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).

Yes! This has been around for several versions. Please fix
this. It's minor, but rather annoying. :)
