Description
Where I'm using a Chinese version windows XP.
Both in the Drop-down box of remote path and the content box below if there has some Chinese characters, for example.
Sorry for my poor English. Hope you can understand what I mean.
My email: hetao@…
Thank you.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
FileZilla fully supports non-English characters such as Chinese characters through the use of UTF-8.
Unfortunately many servers do not support UTF-8, on such servers you may not use any non-ASCII characters at all, else you are violating the FTP specifications. Doing so can lead to strange effects such as the one described by you.
Read http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Character_Set for details.
