Directory listing fails

Description
After this problem started I uninstalled FZ and reinstalled with the latest version. But the problem has not disappeared.
Here is what FZ is reporting.
Command: LIST
Response: 425 Failed to establish connection.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
FZ 2.2.31 is still installed and does not encounter this error.
