Support "Manual Transfers"

Description
Would it be possible to add "Manual Transfer" support into Filezilla 3. At present I'm still using Filezilla 2 solely to have access to this feature, found under "Transfer|Manual Transfer.." .
The reason is I regularly have to download files from a partners system, however they have disabled Listings, you have to manually type in the directories and files you want to download. These tend to be large and hence the queueing and resume capabilities of Filezilla still help.
