subfolder LIST fails

Description

After upgrading to 3.0.11.1 subfolder LIST fails 90% of the time.

Nothing has changed in 3.0.11 and 3.0.11.1 in the networking code. Something else on your system, the server or in-between must have changed.

According to the log, some router or firewall blocks you.
