NOOP does not work

win pro XP 2002 SP2

NOOP not frequent enough to catch server timeouts.
See log attached.

Please increase NOOP frequency.

a) I cannot open unethical file formats like .doc
b) You need to contact your server administrator, only he can fix the broken server

I find the response arrogant and unhelpful. Other ftp explorers do not suffer this problem.
I plan to use alternatives in future.
