Unable to click OK or Cancel in 3.0.11

About 25% of the time when I do a view/edit on a remote file, save the file and then try to re-upload it to my server, I am unable to click OK or Cancel on the Target file already exists dialog box. I have to click on my desktop to take focus away and then go back to Filezilla to click OK.

This problem is still present. Is there anything I can do on my end to help debug this?

A screenshot of what? There's no error message. Just a dialog box that says "Target file already exists." And then it has a list of Actions: Overwrite, Overwrite if source newer, Resume, Rename, Skip. And then OK and Cancel. And as I originally said, about 25% of the time, when I remotely edit a file and Filezilla pops this dialog, I have to give something else focus and then go back and click OK.
