Confused remote directory tree

Description
Filezilla version: 3.0.11 for Windows
Op.Sys: Windows XP
Connecting to a WIndows server (Win 2000 server).
The remote directory tree makes very little sense.
It seems to be mixing forward slashes (/) and back
slashes (\) in the path.
Note, this went wrong on version 3.0.11, but
was working perfectly on versions up to and
including 3.0.10.

You are using a nonstandard server that is in violation to the TVFS extension as specified in RFC3659.
You can use the site manager and select a different servertype. From your vague description, the "DOS with virtual paths" server type could be what you want.
