Strange Chinese Filename

Description

I connect to chinese (BIG5) sftp server, "Charset" uses custom charset: big5.
When upload file, something strange about file name.
Please check the attachment file.

Sorry I forgot this: OS is Windows XP SP3.

SFTP requires UTF-8 as defined in the SFTP specifications.

See http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-03#page-14, section 6.2:
"In order to comply with IETF Policy on Character Sets and Languages, all filenames are to be encoded in UTF-8. [...] The server is responsible for converting the UNICODE data to whatever canonical form it requires."

You need to upgrade to a proper server that uses the correct encoding.
