Site manager settings not imported on upgrade from v2 to v3

Description
Installation under windows 2000 using the installer.
Using v2.2.16 with some sites configurations registered under the site manager, I was disappointed on upgrade to not find my saved entries with v3.03 and v3.010.
Hopefully v2.2.16 was still there to read the entries and copy and past to v3.
