This file is not seen on the server:
"prensa/RamÃrez%20afirma%20que%20la%20autopista%20Ronda-San%20Pedro%20la%20propuso%20el%20PP.htm"
Whereas this one is:
"prensa/El%20PP%20promete%20rebajar%20la%20fiscalidad%20a%20los%20discapacitados.htm"
The full path is:
Firefox loads it up fine (that's where the above url came from), so I guess Filezilla doesn't see filenames with accents.
