Does this also happen with version 3.0.7.1?

comment:2 by shitzu, 17 years ago

Did not have that version, went from 3.0.5.2 to your latest version 3.0.8.1

comment:3 by Tim Kosse, 17 years ago

Please try 3.0.7.1 so we can narrow this problem down.

comment:4 by shitzu, 17 years ago

The malformed packet error is not in the 3.0.7.1 however I have also noticed that in all your versions starting with 3.0.4.x up to the latest build are not able to upload any files over 2mb in size when connecting with SSH. All other connection types work fine for both upload and download.

Since the SFTP support in FileZilla is based upon PuTTY, please try the most recent build of PuTTY's psftp component: http://tartarus.org/~simon/putty-snapshots/x86/psftp.exe

If psftp fails as well, please bring this issue up with the PuTTY developers.

If psftp works, would it be possible to get a temporary guest account on your server for further analysis?
