Description
Filezilla Server 0.9.25 beta
Filezilla Client 3.0.5.2 Build date 2008-01-11 (Windows)
I am attempting to transfer a large number of folders and files (about 3000 files) and I am seeing a number of issues.
This bug is for an issue where the files are being incorrectly assigned to the wrong target (local) folders. I will attempt to attach a screenshot of the Filezilla client queue, where midway through the queue of files for Lucene, the target folder changes to "Magical JellyBean MS key finder", which is the next directory in the queue. So Lucene files are copied into the Magical Jellybean directory. (I also confirmed that this actually does happen.) The files were queued by dragging the parent directory, which contains both Lucene and Magical Jellybean
There isn't a noticeable pattern to when the directory change occurs. It has happened on multiple occasions of different folders.

Just to clarify:
Were they queued up correctly in the beginning, but changed target directory mid-transfer?
Or were they queued up incorrectly from the moment they were added to queue?
