Directories messed up

Description

I'm connecting to an FTP server, and downloading an entire site to a local directory, and i get some directories messed up, files that on the server where on directory "A" now they are on directory "B" and the ones that where on directory "B" are on "C". But it seems like random.

I am using version 3.0.5.2 on Ubuntu Linux.

I am attaching an screenshot where you can see the files downloaded to another directory.

Please try the most recent nightly build from ​http://filezilla-project.org/nightly.php
