Change language doesn't change all ui elements until restart

Description

Build Number 3.0.5.2

I changed the language from Traditional Chinese to English in the Settings dialog. It changed the main menu at the top to English, but the lower components were still displaying Traditional Chinese. After I restarted Filezilla, all elements were correctly displayed in English.

Known problem. In a future version, nothing will change unless FileZilla will get restarted first.
