Description
Sometimes the download fails before a file is downloaded fully. That's nothing unusual actually. So I resume and it says something like "350 Restarting at 16177624." and all seems well and the download of the file continues. But when it reaches 100% the download simply goes on and on endlessly, blowing the file up and corrupting it.
I am on WinXP Pro SP2 using 3.0.4.1
I tried 3.0.2.1 and 3.0.3 before and they had the same problem.

From the logs it appears you're using IIS. If that's the case, please install a different server. IIS is broken beyond repair. It even claims to support resume while in fact it doesn't.
