Description
I received the popup for the action to take when the file exists and I selected Overwrite on upload and Ask for Action on download. I checked "Always use these settings" I also went to Transfer - Default File Exists Action and entered the same selections. I ALSO went to Edit - Settings - File Exists Action and made the same selections.
On upload, I am sometimes asked for my selection again and sometimes the file is not overwritten. When I go back to those areas, the selections have usually been returned to default.
I have this program installed at home as well and I don't think I receive the same problems.
Attached is my version.

This report is about FileZilla 3.0.4.1, as taken from the screenshot attached in the document.
@hardree:
Please attach the image directly next time and not embed it into a proprietary "container" like .doc. Thanks.

I also went to Transfer - Default File Exists Action and entered the same selections.
The changes done in the Transfer menu are only for the current session and vanish if you restart FileZilla (it also says so on that dialog).
I ALSO went to Edit - Settings - File Exists Action and made the same selections.
When I go back to those areas, the selections have usually been returned to default.
This did reset itself as well?

I think I've found the issue, should be fixed in the next version. Should be released later this year.
