Incomplete file download/upload

Description
With FF3 I experience incomplete file downloads. I set a download, then do my work at other programs. Returning to FF3 all downloads are complete (nothing in failed tranfers), but the file size is smaller. I put the file back to queue, it brings the resume dialog.
Saw this many times. Could provide additional data.

Need the following information:
- Version of FileZilla
- Used operating system
- Logs from the transfers

This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. It was
previously set to a Pending status, and the original submitter
did not respond within 14 days (the time period specified by
the administrator of this Tracker).

Just uploaded files and also fot the same problem.
BTW Never had this with FF2.
