The update could not start: wrong filepath (3.0.0-rc3)

Description
after automaticaly downloading the update (3.0.0-rc3), the installation could not be started because the file c:\users\myname\documents\ etc. could not be found. Indeed, On my dutch computers I have the dutch translation for users and documents.
Improvement for the programmer: ask the special folder My documents instead of composing it by yourself.
