Disconn/Reconn hotkeys/menus missing

Description
Filezilla 3.0.0-beta4.
Windows 2000 Pro with latest fixpacks and updates.
English.
Disconnect (ctrl-D) and reconnect (ctrl-R) hotkeys are not working. Also, Disconnect and Reconnect are missing from the File menu.

I expected them to work because they worked in version 2. If you want to put them under Server instead of File, that's fine. But they were under File in version 2. And Site Manager... is under File in version 3.

Technically, this is a feature request, rather than a bug report.
But as it seems quite easy to implement, I will leave it open. There is no schedule on when this will be implemented, so please do not raise any wrong hopes.

Thanks for reporting. This issue has been fixed in the CVS
repository and will be available with the next version.
Where are Ctrl-D and Ctrl-R listed? I mean, how come you think those are supposed to work?
Shouldn't "Disconnect" and "Reconnect" be added to the "Server" menu rather than the "File" menu?
