I would like a file progress bar when Filezilla is minimized on the Desktop.

Can you give an example? A screenshot of some other program doing what you have in mind, or a self-made mockup.

I just attached a jpeg file that shows Bulletproof FTP minimized on the desktop and showing file progress info.
